there are three fuse boxes, I assume you've checked all of them. the timing on these cars is curtail and the method of putting the belt on also requires care... I assume you did the cog count like it says in the service manual.what reading is the timing giving (with a timing light). have you adjusted the idle (IAA). check the ecu temp sender unit, they can cause idle issues if not working right. Also the CAS can cause issues, check all connectors for corrosion and check that the CAS is set right, if it's too far to one side it's either the CAS is not working correctly or the timing is out. like it's been said above check the MAF, clean the connectors and check/replace the filter. go from there.. there are still other things that it could be but rule those out first. also run an ecu diagnostic for codes.
